How do you base your prices?
I price my pieces based on the time put into creating them, as well as the supplies, which can tend to be a little expensive sometimes. However, I price my items as low as possible – I am a deal hunter myself, and I do not want to exploit customers.
What is so specialize about your jewelry?
Everything you see here is completely unique – it’s all designed and handmade by artist herself. Most of the pieces are one-time editions, so you will own a truly special piece. : )
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Repeat customers receive 10% off after their first order; family and friends receive 20% off orders. : )
Is the jewelry adjustable?
Yes! Almost any piece can be lengthened, and a few pieces can be shortened for a better fit. This can all be done free of charge! If you are concerned whether a piece will fit or not, please email me with your measurement, and I will alter the jewelry to the specified measurement. Additionally, almost all bracelets are strung with elastic and have a clasp for easy on-off.
Can you change earring hooks if I have a metal allergy, prefer a different style, or do not have pierced ears?
Yes, I would be more than happy to change earring hooks. Switching styles is free for silver-colored earrings and includes French and fish hooks, kidney loops, leverbacks, and clip-ons. All other style and/or material exchanges [excluding carat gold] are available for an additional charge of $2.00 (to cover the cost of materials) and include materials such as sterling silver or gold-plated stainless steel. Most ear wires are made of surgical-grade stainless steel, and some are composed of gold-finished pewter or nickle-plated pewter. Earrings already fitted with sterling silver ear wires have been noted with a double asterisk (**).
Can you change the clasp if I prefer a different type?
Yes! This is free of charge, and clasp options include barrel, toggle, lobster claw, and spring ring.
What about mixing and matching the Going Green sets and metal discs?
Yes – please inquire! I can swap the metal discs on the spot, free of charge. Also, I will split up sets upon request if you do not
desire the entire set. : )
Do you take orders?
Yes! : ) Please see the below list of items I have to offer – not just jewelry! I specialize in custom engraving, including initialized and personalized items made from recycled aluminum.
